HIGH WATER ALARM SOUNDING?
DON'T WAIT!
CALL US NOW!!
High water alarms will go off when the water level in the pump chamber of your ecoflo septic system rises above the normal operating range. This could be caused by many issues of which the most common are bad or sticky float, bad pump, broken pipes or frozen/broken/clogged pipe going to drainage area. High water alarms can also be caused by a tripped breaker at the electrical panel or by someone unplugging or switching power off to the pump chamber. Once the alarm has sounded it is highly recommended that you call a certified technician as soon as possible and limit water use until the problem has been fixed. Continuing to use water as normal when the system is in alarm mode can cause a back up into the house or make the repair job more costly.
FOUL ODORS OR SOGGY SPOTS?

Soggy spots are often caused by bad pump/float, clogged effluent filter or a failed drainage area. Be sure to calla certified technician as soon as possible in order to prevent further damage to the system once soggy spots have been found
